Tina Gladu may seem all business but underneath the professional exterior is a heart of gold! She learns under the wings of Marcel a top agent in the industry and now soars in her own acclaim-though she will shun recognition with grace and poise. The fundamentals of customer service, appreciation of referals/support and making sure the client is always happy are a few values Tina learnt through her family’s business roots. She strives to follow in her late fathers footsteps in being a well loved business person (past owner of Dowling valu-mart). Spending time with her family and friends, shopping, outdoor activities and travelling are a few things Tina thouroughly enjoys. Immediately apparent and endearing about Tina is her enthusiasm, empathy, kindness and her boundless patience. She is amicable and attentive to clients wants, needs and aspirations. Having two young boys Noah and Niko, Tina has strong family values and will coordinate arround YOUR family’s hectic schedule. About Shannon

Shannon has been employed by the Gladu team since 2006. This individual wears many hats; not only is she our office administrator, she does all of our advertising/marketing, is a client care specialist and makes sure all details, follow-ups and transactions run smoothly and effectively. Shannon keeps us informed, on track and motivated to push for results. From
start to finish she is involved in everything from uploading listings to MLS, to coordinating arrangements for appointments and processing the paperwork for each of the sales. Shannon’s cheerful demeanor and attention to detail ensure that each transaction is handled with the same professionalism and quality. This helps the team remain client focused and clients can be assured of receiving high caliber service.

On a personal note, Shannon is a busy mother of two boys, Joshua and Zachary and enjoys camping, snowmobiling and spending time outdoors with her husband Don, family and friends. She also volunteers with her youngest sons Tae-kwon-do club and the local hockey association. On a business note: she enjoys her job and looks forward to coming to work each and every day knowing that she had a hand in making peoples home ownership dreams come true.
